Surprised my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary to see his team--Vikings. Stayed at the Westin and could not have been happier.Clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to everything, either indoors or outdoors. Train station to the airport and the Mall of America 1/2 block away ($1.75) Walking distance to the Metrodome. Get on the skyway to find affordable breakfast. Luce for pizza. Gameworks at the movie theatre on Hennepin was amazing. First time to this city, but will definetly be back and will be staying at the Westin.

This hotel was a little challenging to find initially (primarily due to considerable construction downtown), but it was definitely a high quality property. The linens on the bed were high quality and very comfortable. The staff was not overly friendly, but since I didn't spend much time with them it didn't affect my perception too much. I would stay here again if the rate was attractive.
